Delete Account

How to delete your account (in-app)

1. Open the Ember AI app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm to permanently delete your profile.

What data will be deleted

When you delete your account, we delete your account/profile data associated with it, such as:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth (year, month, day)
• User type / accessibility preference (general / sign language)
• Other profile-related data linked to your account

Retention

We may retain limited information only if required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
